Overview

This is on various days/times for competitive swimmers and pre-competitive swimmers to educate them on proper muscle usage in and out of the pool. This training we offer our students to improve their times or we will do some for swimmers that are thinking of competing also.

Watch for app notifications to let you know when we have these. We work with Idaho Fitness Academy and their personal trainers there for all weight training. All students need to bring a change of clothes and tennis shoes for the gym.

Please let us know if there are any reasons why your child cannot do something from injuries or a disability prior to starting.

Requirements

  • Each student will need to agree to all gym/pool policies before attending¬†
  • Each student will need to fill out an IFA waiver for the gym
